LB Entertainment Group unfortunately cannot accept refunds on deposits, full payments or gift vouchers. If you would like to change the date of your event to within 12 months from your original date, you can contact us at info@lbentertainmentgroup.com.au


Gift Vouchers
All gift vouchers must be used (booked) within 3 months from date of issue. The issue date is with LB Entertainment Group. Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.
